The core of competition in modern society is culture and art. In this regard, companies utilize culture and arts from the viewpoint of management strategy or support various cultural and artistic activities as social contribution activities rather than profit pursuit. In addition, companies are using it as a marketing tool to improve corporate image and attitude and increase product sales. In this regard, this study confirmed the mediating effect of corporate image and the moderated mediating effect of authenticity in the relationship between corporate culture and arts support activities and corporate attitude. For statistical analysis, SPSS process macro was used. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that corporate culture and arts support activities had a positive effect on corporate image, and corporate image had a positive effect on corporate attitude. Corporate culture and arts support activities were also found to have a positive effect on corporate attitude. Through this, it was confirmed that corporate culture and arts support activities have a positive effect on corporate attitude by mediating corporate image. Second, it was confirmed that authenticity moderates the relationship between corporate culture and arts support activities and corporate image. Third, it was confirmed that authenticity does not control the mediating effect of corporate image in the relationship between corporate culture and arts support activities and corporate attitude. The above study has an academic implication that corporate cultural and artistic activity support confirmed the relationship between corporate image and corporate attitude variables and a moderating effect of authenticity, and provided meaningful practical implications for corporate marketing strategies using cultural and artistic activity support. have meaning.

This study examined the effect of organizational culture on entrepreneurial intention through the mediation of arts entrepreneurship among arts and culture majors. This study aims to reveal the impact of organizational culture on the entrepreneurial intention of culture and arts majors and to verify the mediating effect of arts entrepreneurship. For this purpose, an empirical analysis was conducted on 264 arts and culture majors, and the independent variables were hierarchical culture, rational culture, collective culture, and innovative culture, and the sub-variable was organizational culture, and the mediating variable was arts entrepreneurship, with creativity, sensitivity, autonomy, innovation, risk-taking, and enterprising as sub-variables, and the dependent variable was entrepreneurial intention. The results showed that the organizational culture of cultural arts majors had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, and arts entrepreneurship played a mediating role between organizational culture and entrepreneurial intention, but autonomy, a sub-variable of arts entrepreneurship, did not have a statistically significant. The implications of this study are that arts entrepreneurship is a significant variable in the effect of organizational culture on the entrepreneurial intention of arts and culture majors, and it suggests that non-financial and qualitative outcomes should be considered in various efforts to increase entrepreneurial intention, as well as financial and quantitative outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to suggest action plans to create a gender equality environment in the cultural and artistic fields. The research method is to interpret and utilize theories and arguments based on literature research. We will utilize literature on empirical studies on the reality of the gender equality environment in the culture and arts world and theoretical studies for gender equality practice. In Chapter Ⅱ, I searched for the significance of freedom, autonomy, and the right to self-determination in cultural and artistic activities. Based on Chapter Ⅱ, in Chapter Ⅲ I discussed the causes of gender inequality in the world of culture and arts. In Chapter Ⅳ, I explored ‘Quid pro Quo’ and ‘hostile environment’ in order to present a plan to create a gender-equal environment. Gender equality in arts and cultural education is a fundamental value that guarantees freedom, autonomy, and the right to self-determination in cultural and artistic activities. In this paper, we diagnosed the causes of gender inequality in the arts and culture world, which is still a problem. As a result of this, the protection of boundary rights and boundary ethics were proposed as measures to practice gender equality.

This study has three main objectives: first, to understand the current level of support for multicultural education among middle school teachers; second, to identify the necessary educational support; and third, to propose specific measures for enhancing teachers' competence in multicultural education. Surveys and focus group interviews were conducted from February to March 2019, including 26 full-time teachers and four manager-level teachers at the multicultural education stronghold G Middle School. The findings revealed that teachers acknowledged the significance of multicultural education and emphasized its importance for non-multicultural students. However, they faced difficulties supporting multicultural students' learning and attempted to address this by diversifying learning materials and teaching methods. Second, the participants emphasized the need for practical multicultural teacher education and collaboration with the local community. They also highlighted the necessity of teacher education programs and systematic policy support to enhance teachers' competence in implementing multicultural education across subjects. The study’s results are expected to guide future research to improve middle school teachers' practical competence in multicultural education.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the current status and sustainable direction of barrier-free tourism that is being realized to guarantee equal rights for tourism activities. Korea has been promoting an open tourist destination policy to ensure equal rights to enjoy tourism for all citizens since 2015. As the characteristics of open tourist destination focus relay on expansion of the project, it raises the need for discussion on sustainable direction. Therefore, in this study, discussed to sustainable tourism cases such Gyeongju-si Hwangnidan-gil, DMZ Ecological Peace Park, Geumgang Pine Forest Trail, Wangpicheon Ecological Trail, and Madidi Jungle Ecological Hut were examined. In order to create a sustainable tourism environment, it was confirmed that the cooperation of local residents is the most important.

Based on Rancier’s political philosophy, this paper intends to discuss the process of political subjectization raised by disabled art. Partage, part, dissonance, and politics of aesthetics, which make up the core concepts of Jacques Rancier’s philosophy, provide useful insights in thinking about disability art. First of all, we attempt an exploratory approach to the concept of “the share of those who do not have a share” presented by Lancier. Based on this, the exhibition “Crip Time” held at the Museum of Modern Art in Frankfurt, Germany, from September 18, 2021 to January 30, 2022 will be discussed. Crip Time is a concept that subverts ‘time normality’. Accordingly, 41artists who participated in the exhibition 《Crip Time》 express the “self with disabilities” in autobiographical stories. This reminds me of what Lancier calls the “re-division of emotion”. Using these theoretical resources, this study aims to examine the art of disability through Rancier and to explore a new theory that will give a new insight into the situation in which a person who does not have a share claims.

In this study, the characteristics of adult ballet learning using online educational content were discussed in terms of andragogy through narrative inquiry. In the text, experienced adult ballet learners were able to develop self-directed learning abilities by actively using various educational contents based on autonomy to design and implement learning, and contextualized learning and experiences using images when learning. Through this, it was possible to increase understanding of learning and maintain interest, and to increase the effectiveness of ballet learning through somatic learning using imagery, and to expand the area of learning by giving meaning to learning and composing a narrative. Therefore, adult ballet education sites, including online, can attempt to develop a curriculum that takes into account the learning process and characteristics of adult ballet learners.

The purpose of this study was to how Chinese early childhood dance teachers’ efficacy, social capital, and job satisfaction affect the interaction between teachers and students. The collected data drew the following conclusions by analyzing frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, descriptive statistical variance analysis of major variables, correlation analysis, and structural equation models. First, as a result of analyzing differences according to general characteristics, there was no difference in job satisfaction and teacher efficacy according to the gender of teachers, and there was a difference in teacher infant interaction and social capital. Second, as a result of the correlation analysis between major variables, teacher efficacy had a positive impact on teacher infant interaction (+), and social capital and job satisfaction (+). In addition, social capital and job satisfaction were found to have a positive effect on teacher infant interaction (+), and social capital was found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction (+). Third, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of social capital in the relationship between teacher efficacy and early childhood interaction, it was found that social capital was statistically meaningful as some intermediary roles. Fourth, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between teacher efficacy and early childhood interaction, it was found that job satisfaction was statistically significant as some intermediary roles. Finally, as a result of verifying the relationship between teacher efficacy and early childhood interaction, it was found that social capital and job satisfaction were statistically significant as they partially mediated.

The purpose of this study is to provide data on the need for culture and arts education in islands through the educational experience of dance instructors attending schools in islands. To this end, interview data related to the reasons for supporting the island area, school experience in the island area, and importance of art education in the island area were collected for art instructors in the island area to draw results. Schools in the island area wanted to provide art education to students, but they could not provide art education experience to students due to inconvenience in accessibility. The dance class was effectively conducted by providing facilities and convenience to dance instructors who applied for the class so that they could do their best in the class, while informing students of information about the dance class in advance. Through the attitude of school officials who consider and support dance instructors, the attitude of students participating in dance classes with an open mind, and the changes of students due to dance education, dance instructors realize that true art education shines in islands. In the process, he became an educator who delivered culture and art education to underprivileged areas of culture and arts education, and re-established his worth and identity as an educator in schools and students who highly appreciated the value of culture and arts education.
